The Hotel Les Tipaniers is a pleasant, family owned, bungalow resort
with 22 beachfront and garden bungalows as well as 12 bungalows with kitchens. If your
idea of paradise is a barefoot kind of place combining enchantment, ambiance and unspoiled
beauty, Hotel Les Tipaniers, located in an idyllic corner of Moorea, awaits.
The Polynesian-style bungalows are surrounded by coconut palms and
tropical flowers. Three romantic motus (islets) are located just offshore next to the
protected coral reef and can easily be reached by individual outrigger canoe or swimming,
providing snorkeling, fishing, sunbathing or perfect sites for picnics on a deserted
island. The hotel's large motorized outrigger canoe makes regular lagoon trips and there
is a very good scuba diving and activities center on site.
The resort features two cocktail bars, games room, laundry,
and two restaurants. The dinner restaurant is quite good and known around the island
for serving excellent Italian and Tahitian specialties. The beachfront restaurant serves
breakfast and lunch and has a great patio bar. It is elevated just above the beach
and offers wonderful views of the motus and lagoon.
Les Tipaniers has a wonderful beach location for excellent
snorkeling and easy access to the two small motus that are just off-shore. In
addition, there is a very good dive center located at the hotel. |

Room Facilities
There are 20 garden bungalows and 2 beach bungalows. Each bungalow offers a bedroom,
bathroom and sun deck. All accommodations have ceiling fan, telephones, refrigerators
(mini bar), safe, and coffee/tea facilities. Many garden and beach bungalows also have a
small, fully equipped kitchen. |

No charge: Snorkeling equipment, beach games,
board games, canoes, sea kayaks, windsurfing.
Extra Charge: The hotel’s activities desk can arrange a large number of
island excursions including lagoon tours, lagoon picnics on a motu, jeep tours,
hiking, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, sailing, car rental, bike rental, horseback
riding, jet ski tours, shark feeding, sunset cruises, para-sailing, catamaran tours, and
boat rentals.
